Search factors

Information about an individual person is searched for by the person's name or social security number.
Information related to buildings is searched using the property ID, owner's name or building ID.
Information related to the land area is searched using the registration number, address or owner's social security number. In case management, search criteria can be used, for example, case ID (diary number), the name of the person who initiated the case, the name or title of the decision maker, the name of the document, and the time the case was initiated or the decision was made.
